As reported by Mazhilis deputy Aituar Koshmambetov, after the adoption of the new Tax Code in Kazakhstan, another 230 by-laws need to be adopted. But even at this stage, when the code has already been signed and is about to enter into force, some deputies do not agree with the new rules. They concern the so-called "simplification" for business.
