A resident of the Kursk region died during a Ukrainian drone strike

One person was killed and another was injured as a result of an attack by a Ukrainian drone on a utility vehicle in the Kursk region. This was announced in his Telegram channel by the governor's office Oleksiy Smirnov.

The incident happened in the village of Horodyshche of the Ryl district of the region, the manager wrote. He specified that one of the victims could not be saved, and the other received a shrapnel wound and will be hospitalized in the district hospital.

This week, a woman was also killed during an attack by an armed forces drone in another district of the Kursk region, Glushkivskyi. It was noted that explosive devices were dropped on personal cars of residents of the village of Popovo-Lezhachi, as a result of which four more people were injured.

According to Russian President Volodymyr Putin, the Ukrainian side continues to shell residential areas of the border areas of the Russian Federation.
